High Protein Big and Thick Fudge Brownie

Ingredients
- Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder 2 scoops
- All Purpose Flour 60g
- Cocoa Powder 30g
- Baking Powder 6g
- Granular Sugar Substitute 96g
- Canned Pumpkin 125g
- Water or Allulose Syrup 120mL
- Medium Egg 1
- Nonfat Greek Yogurt 56g
Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Spray a loaf tin with cooking spray.

Pour batter into the loaf tin.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let brownies cool slightly before serving.
