High Protein McChicken Smash Tacos image

Ingredients

  • ground chicken 500g
  • garlic powder 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • flour tortillas 4 medium
  • breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
  • shredded iceberg lettuce 1 cup
  • light mayonnaise 1/4 cup
  • miracle whip 1/4 cup
  • avocado oil for cooking

Method

    Mix the light mayonnaise and Miracle Whip in a small bowl and set aside.

    Combine ground chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

    Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and top with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs.

    Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place tortillas chicken-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden.

    Flip the tortillas and cook for another 2-3 minutes to crisp the other side.

    Top with the prepared McChicken sauce and shredded lettuce, then fold and serve.
