Healthy High Protein Chicken McNuggets & Fries image

Ingredients

  • Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast 420g
  • Salt 1 Tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
  • Onion Powder 1 Tsp
  • Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp
  • Celery Salt 1/2 Tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Cornflour 20g
  • Carisma Potatoes 500g
  • Plain Flour 135g
  • Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Whisked Eggs 1-2

Method

    Blend the chicken breast until smooth, adding egg, cornflour, and seasonings.

    Wet hands and shape the mixture into nugget shapes.

    Peel and slice potatoes, seasoning them with the spice mix.

    Coat the chicken nuggets in flour and whisked eggs.

    Air fry or bake the nuggets and fries until golden and crispy.

    Spray dry areas of the nuggets with cooking oil halfway through cooking.
