Ingredients

  • chia seeds 2 tablespoons
  • unsweetened oat milk 60ml
  • light Greek yogurt 60ml
  • honey 1 tablespoon plus extra for serving
  • raspberries 125g

Method

    Mash the raspberries in a bowl.

    Mix in the chia seeds, oat milk, Greek yogurt, and honey.

    Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.

    Serve with a small amount of additional honey.
