In-N-Out Animal Style Quesadillas

Ingredients
- Lean Ground Beef (96/4) 40oz
- Diced White Onions 1 Cup
- Garlic Salt 1 Tbsp
- Black Pepper 1 Tbsp
- Smoked Paprika 1 Tbsp
- Fat Free Cheddar 6 Cups
- Light Mayo 0.5 Cup + 2 Tbsps
- Ketchup 9 Tbsps
- Mustard 4 Tbsps
- Low Calorie Tortillas 10
- Minced Pickles 4 Tbsps
- Pickle Juice 0.25 Cup
Method

Cook the ground beef with onions, garlic salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika in a pan until browned.

Mix the light mayo, ketchup, mustard, minced pickles, and pickle juice to create the spread sauce.

Assemble the quesadillas by placing the beef mixture, cheese, and sauce inside the tortillas.

Toast the quesadillas in a pan until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.

To freeze, wrap in foil or place in airtight bags for up to 3 months.

To reheat, wrap in a wet paper towel and microwave for 3-4 minutes, then optionally toast in a pan or air fryer.
