Ingredients

  • turkey pepperonis 42
  • fat-free mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup
  • Greek yogurt 3 TBS
  • green leaf lettuce leaves 2
  • small tomato 1/2
  • avocado 1/3
  • sprouts 1 handful

Method

    Preheat oven and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick mat.

    Mix the turkey pepperonis, fat-free mozzarella, and Greek yogurt together.

    Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

    Bake until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy to form the bread base.

    Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

    Top the pepperoni bread with lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, and sprouts to assemble the BLT.
