Ingredients

  • Extra lean ground beef 130g
  • Rice paper 3
  • egg 2
  • Red onion 10g
  • Pickle 1/2
  • Low fat mayo 1 tbsp
  • No sugar added ketchup 1/2 tbsp
  • Pickle juice 1/2 tbsp
  • Low fat cheddar cheese 20g
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika

Method

    Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Mix mayo, ketchup, and pickle juice for the sauce.

    Beat your eggs in a small bowl then transfer to a plate.

    Soak 3 rice papers (1 at a time) and lay on a large cutting board, overlapping each one.

    Add your cooked beef, cheese, pickle, onion, and sauce.

    Roll it up.

    Top it off with sesame seeds.

    Cook in air fryer at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
