Ingredients

  • 5% lean beef mince 160 g
  • burger bun 70 g
  • cheddar cheese slice 20 g
  • white onion 20 g
  • crispy onions 5 g
  • ketchup 10 g
  • light mayo 10 g
  • Dijon mustard 5 g
  • pickle juice 5 ml
  • white wine vinegar 5 ml
  • honey 5 g
  • garlic granules 1/4 tsp
  • onion powder 1/4 tsp
  • paprika 1/4 tsp
  • salt and black pepper pinch

Method

    Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

    Divide the beef into two 80 g patties and season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook patties in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Place the cheese slice on the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  5. 5

    Toast the bun and spread the prepared sauce on both sides.

  6. 6

    Stack the patties, diced onions, and crispy onions onto the bun and serve.
