Big Stack Burger

Ingredients
- 5% lean beef mince 160 g
- burger bun 70 g
- cheddar cheese slice 20 g
- white onion 20 g
- crispy onions 5 g
- ketchup 10 g
- light mayo 10 g
- Dijon mustard 5 g
- pickle juice 5 ml
- white wine vinegar 5 ml
- honey 5 g
- garlic granules 1/4 tsp
- onion powder 1/4 tsp
- paprika 1/4 tsp
- salt and black pepper pinch
Method

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

Divide the beef into two 80 g patties and season with salt and pepper.

Cook patties in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side.

Place the cheese slice on the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Toast the bun and spread the prepared sauce on both sides.

Stack the patties, diced onions, and crispy onions onto the bun and serve.
