High Protein Doner Kebab

Ingredients
- 5% fat beef mince 500 g
- onion 1
- yogurt 1 tbsp
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- smoked paprika 2 tsp
- garlic powder 2 tsp
- onion powder 2 tsp
- cayenne pepper 1 tsp
- ground cumin 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- black pepper 1 tsp
Method

Grate or finely dice the onion into a puree.

Mix the onion puree with the beef mince, yogurt, olive oil, and all seasonings until fully combined.

Split the mixture into two portions and place each between sheets of baking paper.

Roll out thin, remove the top paper, and tightly roll into logs.

Place on a tray and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.

Unwrap, slice thin, and serve in flatbread with desired sauces and salad.
